Chilled Avacado Soup

Ripe Avocado – 1
Yoghurt – 200 ml
Cucumber – ½ (chopped)
Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons (chopped)
Parsley – 1 teaspoon (chopped)
Mint leaves – 5 or 6 (chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Salt – ¾ teaspoon
Black Salt – ¼ teaspoon

- Add all ingredients to blender or mixer grinder.
- Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for an hour to two and serve chilled.
