Garlic Podi Rice

Makes: 2 to 3 serves

Ingredients:

Garlic podi – 3 to 4 teaspoons

Cooked basmati rice – 1 cup

Tempering:

Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon

Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon

Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon

Method:

  1. Heat coconut oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, allow spluttering.
  2. Mix together garlic podi, cooked rice and the tempering evenly.
  3. Serve with any papad/chips.
