Masala Idli

Left over idlis – 6
Onion – 1
Idli milagai podi – 2 teaspoons
Curry leaves – 5 or 6
Coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
Roasted peanuts – a handful
Oil – 2 teaspoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon

Method:
- Cut idlis into small cubes.
- Heat oil in non stick kadai.
- Add mustard seeds & cumin seeds, allow spluttering.
- Add curry leaves, onions, salt & turmeric powder.
- Sauté for 3 minutes.
- Coarsely grind the peanuts.
- Add cut idli cubes, idli milagai podi, coarsely ground peanuts & mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
