Vada Pav (Batata vada - healthier version using minimal oil)


Ingredients:
Pav buns – 1
Batata Vada - 1 
Green chutney – 1 teaspoon
Red chutney – 1 teaspoon 

Makes: 1 Vada pav

Method
  1. Slit open the pav (not fully though).
  2. Apply red chutney to one side & green chutney to the other side.
  3. Keep the batata vada in between the slit pav & serve.
