Badam Halwa (3 min microwave prep…)


Ingredients:

Almonds - 1 cup
Milk powder – ½ cup
Milk - 1 tablespoon
Powdered Sugar – ¾ cup
Ghee – 2 teaspoons








Method:

  1. Grind almond with skin in mixer to powder.
  2. Also grind sugar to powder.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, mix together powdered almond, sugar, milk powder and milk.
  4. Micro HIGH for 2 minutes, remove and mix well.
  5. Add ghee and mix well.
  6. Micro HIGH again for 30 secs. (The mixture looks frothy on the surface)
  7. Store in a container and enjoy your halwa.
