Crispy Dosas


Ingredients:

Idli/Dosa batter – 10 tablespoons

Oil / Ghee – 10 teaspoons


Method:

  1. Dilute the Idli/Dosa batter with ½ to 1 tablespoon of water.
  2. Use a flat-bottomed scoop (karandi)/ cup for pouring.
  3. Heat dosa tawa & pour thin dosas. (Click here for pouring technique...)
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of oil (or ghee)  & turn to other side when light golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with coconut chutneyOnion & tomato Chutneymilagai podi/kothsu(sambar).
