Methi Parathas


Ingredients:

Methi leaves – 1 bunch

Atta (wheat flour) – 15 scoops

Salt – 2 teaspoons

Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon

Ajwain (omam) – 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Garam masala powder – ½ teaspoon

To grind:

Ginger – ½ inch piece

Garlic – 1 clove

Green chillies - 3

 

Method:

  1. Grind ingredients mentioned.
  2. Mix all ingredients together without lumps.
  3. Add water & kneed to soft dough.
  4. Allow it to stand for half hour.
  5. Make into 15 equal balls.
  6. Roll to parathas & toast each with ½ to 1 teaspoon of oil.
  7. Serve with pickles/ raitha.
