Pasta Salad

Makes: 2 - 3 serves

Ingredients:

Macaroni pasta (uncooked) – 200 gms

Carrot - ¼ cup (grated)

Onion - ¼ cup (finely chopped)

Tomato - ¼ cup (finely chopped after removing seeds)

Black olives - 5 -6 (finely chopped)

Mayonnaise - ½ cup

Sour cream - ½ cup

Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup (grated)

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Dried parsley – 1 teaspoon

Fresh parsley - 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)

Pepper powder - ½ teaspoon

Method:

  1. Cook the macaroni pasta with adequate water without salt as per instructions on the pack.
  2. Drain excess water and keep pasta aside to cool down to room temperature.
  3. Take boiled pasta in a wide bowl, add to it the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Garnish with dried parsley & chopped fresh parsley and serve chilled.
