Instant Microwave Paal Kova


Ingredients:

Low fat sweetened condensed milk – 400 gms

Yoghurt – 3 tablespoons (1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons)

Ghee – 8 teaspoons

Almonds – 3

Cashews – 2

 




Method:

  1. Mix together condensed milk, yoghurt and 3 teaspoons of ghee in a microwave safe glass bowl microwave for 4 minutes. (Preferably a wide one)

  2. Allow 1 minute of standing time & mix well. 
  3. Add 2 teaspoons of ghee now and microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Allow 1 minute standing time. 
  5. Add 2 teaspoons ghee and then cook for another 2 minutes, it would look slightly brown.
  6. Allow 1 minute standing time. (The contents would have turned more brown than the previous stages)
  7. Stir gently, add last teaspoon of ghee and cook for an additional minute.
  8. Allow contents to stay for a couple of minutes.
  9. Garnish with finely chopped almonds & cashews, serve hot.
