Greens Rice


Ingredients:

Greens podi – 5 to 6 teaspoons

Rice – ½ cup

Sesame oil – 1 ½ teaspoons



Method:

  1. Cook rice with double the quantity of water & ½ teaspoon of sesame oil.
  2. Allow the cooked rice to cool.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, greens podi & mix rice delicately. (Care should be taken not to mash the rice)
  4. Serve with papad/raitha.
