Cheesy capsicum rolls


Bread – 4 slices

Capsicum – ¼ cup (very finely chopped)

Grated cheese – ½ cup

Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon

Serves: 4


  1. Mix together finely chopped capsicum, grated cheese and pepper powder and keep aside.
  2. Cut corners of the bread slices and roll them flat with a rolling pin.
  3. Add the cheese mixture to one end of the rolled bread and carefully roll towards the other end.
  4. Seal the end by applying a few drops of water and press the sides too.
  5. Toast the rolled slices to golden brown on a flat tawa with 2 tablespoons oil for each slice.
