Choco Coconut Balls


Ingredients:

Cocoa powder – 1 heaped tablespoon

Condensed milk – ¾ can

Marie biscuits (or) arrowroot biscuits – 10

Coconut powder (Desiccated coconut) – 1 cup

Flour – 1 teaspoon

Yeild: 16 to 18 balls approx

Method:

  1. Crush the biscuits to powder in mixer grinder or by hand.
  2. Add ¾ cup of coconut powder, cocoa powder to the powdered biscuit and mix evenly.
  3. Add condensed milk and mix without lumps.
  4. Dust both palms with flour and make balls out of the mixture.
  5. Roll the balls in the remaining ¼ cup of coconut powder and arrange in a tray.
  6. Refrigerate overnight and serve chilled.
