Corn Salad


Ingredients:

Boiled corn – 1 cup

Onion, tomato, carrot, capsicum – 1 cup 

(all combined together- finely chopped)

Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon (flat)

Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon (flat)

Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)

Coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon 

(finely chopped)

Serves: 2

Method:

  1. Chop all the veges finely.
  2. In a bowl add boiled corn and all the finely chopped veges along with salt, lemon juice, chilli powder and chopped green chilli.
  3. Mix thouroghly, ganish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
