Pottu Kadalai Urundai (Microwave Preparation)


Ingredients:

Pottu kadalai – 1 ½ cups

Jaggery – 1 cup

Cardamom powder – ¼ teaspoon

 






Method:

  1. Powder  the jaggery.
  2. Take jaggery in a microsafe bowl, add ¼ glass of water.
  3. Micro HIGH on for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Syrup should not dissolve when a drop is poured in a glass of water.
  5. Add the pottu kadalai, cardamom powder to the syrup & mix well.
  6. Rub hands with rice flour/ghee.
  7. Make balls out of the mixture.
