Choco-coffee cake

Self-raising flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Eggs – 2
Milk – ½ cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons
Instant coffee powder – 1 tablespoon
Butter – 3 tablespoons

- Sift together self-raising flour, powdered sugar, coffee powder, cocoa powder.
- Beat the eggs with milk and vanilla essence.
- Add this along with melted butter the flour mixture.
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Pour contents into a greased round cake tin and bake for 25 mins approximately.
