Chiaseeds-Blueberry Smoothie

Makes: 2 tall glasses

Ingredients:

Blueberries – 1 cup

Almond milk (or) Normal milk – 2 cups

Yoghurt – ½ cup

Chia seeds – ¼ cup

Water – ¾ cup approx.

Honey – 2 teaspoons

Method:

  1. Soak chia seeds in water for an hour or two.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend to smooth.
  3. Serve chilled.
