Chiaseeds-Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberries – 1 cup
Almond milk (or) Normal milk – 2 cups
Yoghurt – ½ cup
Chia seeds – ¼ cup
Water – ¾ cup approx.
Honey – 2 teaspoons

- Soak chia seeds in water for an hour or two.
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend to smooth.
- Serve chilled.
