Sprouts Chutney
Makes : 2- 4 serves

Mixed sprouts – 1 cup
Garlic – 2 or 3 cloves
Salt – ¾ teaspoon
Tamarind – size of a grape
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Onion - 1 big
Roast with a drop of sesame oil:
Urad dal – 3 teaspoons
Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves – 10
Red chillies – 4 or 5
Method:
Method:
- Roast the ingredients mentioned and allow cooling.
- Heat ½ teaspoon of oil, add garlic pieces & sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped onion and saute till transparent.
- Add the sprouts and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Allow cooling & grind to paste in mixie with ginger, tamarind & salt (add little water only if required).
- Serve with dosa/idli/chapathis.
