Roast & grind to powder:
Channa dal – 2 teaspoons
Coriander seeds – 2 teaspoons
Sesame seeds – 2 teaspoons
Curry leaves – 10
Red chillies – 2
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
