Spaghetti bolognaise

Ingredients:

Spaghetti – 250 gms

Garlic clove – 1 ((finely chopped)

Onion – 1 (finely chopped)

Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)

Bolognaise sauce – 250 gms (From Stores)

Thymes – ¼ teaspoon (A herb available from stores)

Oregano – ¼ teaspoon

Olive oil – 1 teaspoon

Salt – 1 ½ teaspoons

For garnishing

Pepper – ½ teaspoon (freshly crushed)

Method:

  1. Boil Spaghetti & a teaspoon of salt & enough water till cooked.
  2. Drain excess water & run through cool water.
  3. Heat oil in a sauce pan; add finely chopped garlic & sauté for a minute.
  4. Add chopped onions & sauté for a minute.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  6. Add bolognaise sauce & sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Mix evenly with the boiled Spaghetti.
  8. Garnish with crushed pepper & serve hot.

Optional: Can be garnished with 2 teaspoons of Ricotta cheese.
