Crispy Dosas
Makes: 10 dosas
Method:
- Dilute the Idli/Dosa batter with ½ to 1 tablespoon of water.
- Use a flat-bottomed scoop (karandi)/ cup for pouring.
- Heat dosa tawa & pour thin dosas. (Click here for pouring technique...)
- Add 1 teaspoon of oil (or ghee) & turn to other side when light golden brown.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney/ Onion & tomato Chutney/ milagai podi/kothsu(sambar).
