Makes: 8 to 10 pieces
Left over sugar syrup – 1 bowl
Sweet bread – 6 slices
Milk – 1 cup (take in a wide bowl)
Oil – to deep fry
- Cut brown corners of bread, cut into halves.
- Dip each bread piece in milk, quickly take out and squeeze all extra milk.
- Make ball with both palms, repeat the same with all bread pieces.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Allow this to soak in sugar syrup for at least an hour or two.
