Potato – 2 large ones
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Sambar powder – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Rice flour – 1 tablespoon
Besan (Kadalai maavu) – 1 tablespoon
Ginger – ½ inch piece (grated)
Garlic – 1 clove (grated)
Curry leaves – 10

Method:
- Cut potatoes into slices. (Neither too thin nor too thick)
- Add the ground ingredients & the remaining ingredients.
- Mix well & keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat dosa tawa & place about 10 -12 potato pieces.
- Pour around a teaspoon of oil & keep in medium flame.
- Turn sides around & fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with rice & kuzambu.
