Simple Murukku

Rice flour – 1 cup
Roasted urad dal flour – 3 teaspoons
Butter – 3 teaspoons
Hing – a pinch
Salt – ¾ teaspoon
Black sesame seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon

Method:
- Mix together all ingredients except butter.
- Heat butter until it melts and add to flour mixture.
- Add water little by little to make dough (neither too stiff nor too loose).
- Make big lemon sized balls and with the help of murukku mould press onto hot oil and fry till golden brown.
- Drain onto paper towels.
