Greens Rice

Makes: 1 serve

Ingredients:

Greens podi – 1½ to 2 tablespoons

Cooked Rice – 1 cup

Ghee (or) Sesame oil – 1 teaspoon

Method:

Cook rice with double the quantity of water & ½ teaspoon of sesame oil.

  1. Allow the cooked rice to cool.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, greens podi & mix rice delicately. (Care should be taken not to mash the rice)
  3. Serve with papad/raitha.
