Channa Paneer Salad

Ingredients:

Channa – 2 handfuls (boiled)

Paneer – ½ cup

Cucumber – ½

Onion – 1

Corriander leaves – 2 teaspoons

Green chilli – 1

Carrot - 1

Salt – ¾ teaspoon

Vinegar – 2 teaspoons

Method:

1. Fine chop all the vegetables.

2. Dice paneer to small cubes.

3. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl & serve.
