Cucumber – 2
Moong dal – ½ cup
Grated coconut – ¼ cup
Green chilli – 1
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon (flat)
Coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- Chop cucumber into small pieces after peeling skin, also chop green chilli into tiny pieces.
- Soak moong dal in hot water for an hour.
- Mix together chopped cucumber, green chilli, coconut, salt, soaked moong dal, and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl and combine well.
Since cucumber has the tendency to become watery when added with salt, mix all ingredients together just before serving.
