Mini Besan Laadoos
Makes: 7 - 10 Ladoos

Besan (Kadalai Maavu) – 1 cup
Ghee – ½ cup
Milk – ½ cup
Cardamom powder – 2 or 3 pinches
Almonds (sliced) – 2
Powdered sugar – ½ cup
Method:
Method:
- Heat ghee in low flame until it melts.
- Add besan and fry for 4 or 5 minutes until raw smell vanishes.
- Switch off flame and add milk, mix thouroughly with a ladle.
- Once cooled add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, mix well and make laadoos(balls). (I prefer making small laddoos and hence the name)
- Garnish with almonds.
- Tempting mini besan laadoos is ready to taste.
