Green peas payasam

Boiled Green peas – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Condensed milk – ½ tin
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Ghee – 2 teaspoons
Cashews – a handful
Method:
Method:
- Grind boiled green peas to smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add cashews and fry till golden brown.
- Take cashews off and in the remaining ghee add the green peas paste and fry for a minute.
- Add milk and allow boiling for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add condensed milk, cardamom powder and allow boiling for 3 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
