Makes: 2 - 3 serves
Macaroni pasta (uncooked) – 200 gms
Carrot - ¼ cup (grated)
Onion - ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Tomato - ¼ cup (finely chopped after removing seeds)
Black olives - 5 -6 (finely chopped)
Mayonnaise - ½ cup
Sour cream - ½ cup
Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup (grated)
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Dried parsley – 1 teaspoon
Fresh parsley - 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
Pepper powder - ½ teaspoon
- Cook the macaroni pasta with adequate water without salt as per instructions on the pack.
- Drain excess water and keep pasta aside to cool down to room temperature.
- Take boiled pasta in a wide bowl, add to it the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Garnish with dried parsley & chopped fresh parsley and serve chilled.
