Strawberry-Oats Smoothie

Makes: 1 serve ( 1 tall glass)

Ingredients:

Almond milk (or) Normal milk – 1 cup (preferably chilled)

Fresh or Frozen Strawberries – ½ cup (approx 10 strawberries)

Powdered Rolled Oats – 2 heaped tablespoons

Yogurt – 1 tablespoon

Honey – 1 teaspoon

Method:

  1. Add to the tall container/blender beaker strawberries, oats powder, yogurt, honey and then the almond milk.
  2. Blend for about 30 to 40 seconds until smooth.
  3. Serve chilled.
