Garlic Podi Rice

Garlic podi – 3 to 4 teaspoons
Cooked basmati rice – 1 cup
Tempering:
Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon

- Heat coconut oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, allow spluttering.
- Mix together garlic podi, cooked rice and the tempering evenly.
- Serve with any papad/chips.
