Rava Payasam

Ingredients:

Rava (sooji) – ½ cup

Milk – 2 glasses

Condensed milk – ½ cup

Sugar – ½ cup

Ghee – 2 teaspoons

Cashews – 5 or 6 (broken)

Method:

  1. Heat one teaspoon of ghee & add broken cashews.
  2. Fry till golden brown & keep aside.
  3. Heat one teaspoon of ghee & add rava.
  4. Fry till golden brown & add milk.
  5. Allow boiling till rava cooks.
  6. Add condensed milk & sugar.
  7. Allow boiling for few more minutes.
  8. Serve hot/chilled.
