Rava Payasam

Rava (sooji) – ½ cup
Milk – 2 glasses
Condensed milk – ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Ghee – 2 teaspoons
Cashews – 5 or 6 (broken)

Method:
- Heat one teaspoon of ghee & add broken cashews.
- Fry till golden brown & keep aside.
- Heat one teaspoon of ghee & add rava.
- Fry till golden brown & add milk.
- Allow boiling till rava cooks.
- Add condensed milk & sugar.
- Allow boiling for few more minutes.
- Serve hot/chilled.
