Cauliflower – ½ (break into small flowerets)
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Hing – ¼ teaspoon
Oil -1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Besan – 2 teaspoons
Special masala powder– 1 teaspoon

Method:
- Soak the flowerets in boiling hot water with turmeric powder for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a non-stick kadai.
- Add mustard seeds & allow spluttering.
- Add cumin seeds, hing, peas & sauté for a miute.
- Drain the flowerets of excess water.
- Add the flowerets, salt & mix well, cook on simmer.
- Add besan & special masala powder once flowerets are cooked.
- Serve hot.
