Left over onion sambar – 1 cup

Mixed veges of your choice – ¾ cup
Rice – ¾ cup
Moong dal – ¼ cup
Hing – 1 pinch
Salt – ½ to 1 teaspoon (depending on salt content is your sambar and rasam)
Special masala powder – 2 teaspoons
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
