Ingredients:
Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons (chopped)
Water - 2 cups
Grind to paste:
Tomatoes – 2
Curry leaves – 10
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Red chilli – 1
Salt – 1½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
Tempering:
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
Garlic – 2 cloves (finely chopped)
