Seppankizangu Fry

Seppankizangu – ½ kg
Besan – 5 teaspoons
Rice flour – 3 teaspoons
Salt – 1 ½ teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Hing – ¼ teaspoon
Oil – to deep fry.
Method:
Method:
- Boil seppankizangu with enough water till just cooked.
- Allow to cool & then peel skin.
- Cut into thin slices.
- Add the rest of the ingredients & mix well. (Without mashing the contents)
- Heat oil for deep fry.
- Drop them one by one.
- Fry till golden brown & drain onto a bowl layered with tissue paper.
