Maggi noodles – 1 pack
Salt – 1 flat teaspoon
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala powder – ½ teaspoon
Pepper powder – 2 teaspoons
Besan (Kadalai Maavu/Gram flour) – ¼ cup
Rice Flour - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
Water – approx ½ a glass
Oil – 10 teaspoons

- Cook maggi noodles as per the instructions on the pack (without the flavoring).
- Allow this to cool to room temperature.
- Add chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, besan & mix thoroughly. Click here to know consistency...
- Heat a non-stick dosa tawa, pour into small dosa.
- Crush pepper on top/ sprinkle pepper powder on top.

- Turn to other side when the top surface looks cooked.
- Cook the other side till light golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Tip:
- Pour dosas immediately after preparing the batter.
- Serve hot from tawa for great taste.
