Chilled Avacado Soup

Makes : 2 serves

Ingredients:

Ripe Avocado – 1

Yoghurt – 200 ml

Cucumber – ½ (chopped)

Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons (chopped)

Parsley – 1 teaspoon (chopped)

Mint leaves – 5 or 6 (chopped)

Ginger – 1 inch piece

Salt – ¾ teaspoon

Black Salt – ¼ teaspoon

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender or mixer grinder.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for an hour to two and serve chilled.
