Makes: 2 glasses
Chilled yogurt (curd) – ½ cup
Water – 1¼ cups
Cucumber – 1
Green chilli – 1
Coriander stem – a handful
Ginger – 1-inch piece
Curry leaves – 10
Salt - ¼ teaspoon
Kala namak – a pinch
- Chop cucumber into small pieces after peeling skin.
- Grind cucumber along with the other ingredients (except water) in the mixer grinder.
- Add water and chirp 2-3 times in the mixer grinder.
- Strain this mixture through a sieve and serve chilled.
Note: You could use a hand blender too.
