Paneer Tikka

Makes : 2 - 4 serves

Ingredients:

Paneer – ½ cup cut into cubes

Yoghurt – 2 to 3 tablespoons

Ajwain (Omam) – ½ teaspoon

Tandoori masala powder/paste – 1 teaspoon

Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon

Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Veges:

Capsicum – ½

Onion – ½

Tomato – ½

Method:

  1. Dice all veges into squares.
  2. Mix together ingredients mentioned other than paneer in a bowl.
  3. Add paneer cubes and mix well (the yoghurt mixture should have evenly coated paneer cubes)
  4. Keep closed in refrigerator for an hour or two.
  5. Arrange a capsicum, onion, paneer and tomato, repeat same order twice for each skewer.
  6. Preheat oven (in baking mode) to 250 ° C and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
