Red Chutney Recipe
Garlic – ½ cup
Desiccated coconut - ¼ cup
Roasted peanuts - ¼ cup
Kashmiri red chilies – 6
Coriander seeds – 1 tablespoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon (for roasting)
- Roast garlic in few drops oil for 2 minutes approx.
- Roast corriander seeds & red chillies in a few drops of oil to golden brown.
- Dry roast coconut to golden brown.
- Allow ingredients to cool down & grind to a coarse powder.
