Red Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:

Garlic – ½ cup

Desiccated coconut - ¼ cup

Roasted peanuts - ¼ cup

Kashmiri red chilies – 6

Coriander seeds – 1 tablespoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Oil - 1 teaspoon (for roasting)

Method:

  1. Roast garlic in few drops oil for 2 minutes approx.
  2. Roast corriander seeds & red chillies in a few drops of oil to golden brown.
  3. Dry roast coconut to golden brown.
  4. Allow ingredients to cool down & grind to a coarse powder.
