Instant Garlic Pickle
Makes : 250 grams approx.

Garlic – 2 whole ones
Salt – ¾ teaspoon (flat)
Sesame oil – 5 tablespoons
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon (flat)
Fenugreek powder – ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Curry leaves - 20
Method:
Method:
- Peel skin of garlic and cut into slices.
- Heat sesame oil in a deep pan, add mustard seeds & allow spluttering.
- Add garlic pieces, chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry till golden brown.
- Add fenugreek powder, salt, curry leaves and mix well.
- Once cooled, keep in a dry, airtight container.
