Dal filling used in kachori - 1 cup (left over)

Left over cooked dal
Atta (wheat flour)– 2 cups
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala powder – ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Hing – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Ajwain – 1 teaspoon
To Toast:
Oil - 10 teaspoons

- Grind the left over kachori dal filling to fine powder. (If using left over dal instead of kachori filling mash nicely with hand.)
- Add all other ingredients to it & make dough.
- Roll out like regular chappathis.
- Serve hot with pickle/ tomato sauce/raitha/butter.
