Grind to paste:
Ginger – ½ inch piece
Garlic – 2 cloves
Green chilli – 1
(Optional : Coriander bunch stem – a handful)
Powders:
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoons
Garam masala powder – ½ teaspoon
