Raitha

Ingredients:

Onion – 1

Cucumber – 1

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Chat masala powder – ½ teaspoon

Green chillies – 1 (finely cut)

Curd – 1 cup

Coriander leaves – for garnishing

Method:

  1. Cut all vegetables finely.
  2. In a bowl mix all ingredients.
  3. Add curds & mix well
  4. Garnish with finely cut coriander leaves.

Optional: Finely chopped capsicum could also be added.
