Banana Paniyaaram
Makes: 10 – 12 paniyaarams

Ripe Banana – 1
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Jaggery – ¼ cup
Coconut – ½ cup (grated)
Cardamom powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt – a pinch
Baking soda – a pinch
Ghee – 12 teaspoons

Method:
- Add wheat flour, jaggery, coconut, cardamom powder, salt and baking soda to mashed bananas and mix well without lumps.
- Heat kuzhi paniyaaram plate on stove and grease each mould with a teaspoon of ghee.
- Add the batter filling ¾ of each mould and turn sides once golden brown.
